1. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Account Registration

3.3 Verification Requirements (KYC)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

ovo88 accepts deposits via various payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR unless otherwise specified. All deposits are credited to your Account instantly or within 5 minutes of confirmation.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. ovo88 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or reverse any transaction if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. Currency exchange rates (if applicable) are determined by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Processing times vary by payment method:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 5-30 minutes during business hours (9:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday)
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): typically instant once approved
• Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends are processed the next business day

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 IDR. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and verification level. All Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if additional documentation is required. ovo88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any Withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may be declined if you have not met applicable wagering requirements for Bonuses, if your Account is under investigation, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Any funds obtained through abuse of Bonuses, collusion, fraud, or other prohibited activities will be confiscated and your Account terminated.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal financial activities. We may freeze your Account and funds pending investigation if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ovo88 offers various Bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements apply to all Bonuses. You must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before Bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited after the expiration period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute Bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times
• Colluding with other Users to meet wagering requirements
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit Bonus terms (hedge betting, low-risk betting patterns)
• Wagering on outcomes with minimal risk to circumvent wagering requirements
• Delaying game rounds or features to complete wagering requirements

Users found to be abusing Bonuses will have all Bonuses, winnings, and deposits forfeited. Accounts may be permanently closed. ovo88 reserves the right to modify or cancel Bonus offers at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Betting

6.1 General Game Rules

All Games offered on the ovo88 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game rules, paytables, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and other game-specific information are available within each game or in the game information section. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any Game before placing Bets.

Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing agencies or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment operated in real-time. ovo88 does not control or influence game outcomes. All games have been tested for fairness and randomness.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, odds are determined by ovo88 and may fluctuate before an event begins and during live in-play betting. All Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of Bet placement. ovo88 reserves the right to refuse any Bet or limit stake amounts at its sole discretion.

Bets are settled according to official results published by relevant sports governing bodies. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, Bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event resumes within 48 hours. 6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunctions, software errors, incorrect odds display, or other technical errors, all affected Bets and payouts are void. ovo88 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions. In case of disputes regarding game outcomes, the decision of ovo88 management is final.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by ovo88

ovo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You are found to be under the minimum legal age
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• You attempt to manipulate games or exploit system vulnerabilities
• You use the Site from a prohibited jurisdiction
• We suspect money laundering or other financial crimes
• You exhibit signs of problem gambling and refuse assistance

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to you after deduction of applicable charges, provided you have completed verification and have not violated these Terms.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure
